TOFU AND SPINACH BURGER SANDWICH

Ingredients for 5 hamburgers:


-2 bread (best wholemeal)

- 50 g of piquillo peppers

-1Tofu and peppers


burger To make the hamburgers (5) we need the following:


250 g of tofu

125 g of spinach

1 clove of garlic

2 eggs

Salt, onion and garlic powder and black pepper


Preparation:

1.- First crush the spinach together with the clove of garlic in a blender glass. Reserve

2.- Then with your fingers, press the tofu and crumbled until it breaks. Then put it in the blender and pass it until it forms a fine dough.

3.- Then add the beaten eggs, a pinch of salt, black pepper and garlic and onion powder. Mix it really well.

4.- Then heat a few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and wet your hands with the stream of water so that the mixture does not stick. Separate in stacks until you get 5 hamburgers.

5.- Finally prepare a ball with the portion and put it in the pan with the hot oil. Mash it with a utensil or by hand until it is like a Russian steak and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
