FALSE PESTO SPAGHETTI

Guadalupe


Ingredients:


-55 g Spaghetti

-150g Canned peasMinced walnuts

-2 Chopped nuts

-½ clove of garlic

-1 Handful of fresh or dried basil

-1 Small tablespoon of grated cheese (Parmesan)

-40 g Cooked ham

-1 Small tablespoon olive oil

-½ plain skimmed yogurt



Preparation:


1.- First cook the spaghetti in salted water for as long as necessary.

2.- Then, in a blender glass, add the peas, garlic, basil, yogurt and olive oil. Pass it for a second through the blender until it forms a homogeneous sauce.

3.- Later in a non-stick frying pan put the chopped ham and turn it to brown.

4.- Finally drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan without water and add the yogurt and pea sauce, mixing it very well.

  • To serve, put the mixture on a plate, add the sautéed ham, the grated cheese and the walnuts on top.
