EASY PANCAKES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

ingredients for 16 pancakes:

  • Wheat flour 400 g

  • Skim milk 400ml

  • 4 Medium eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 packet of royal yeast

  • 50 g of ricotta cheese

  • 6 dates


Preparation:


1.- First you must add the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Then mix the ingredients well.

2.- Then add the milk and the whole eggs, then beat the whole to form a soft dough.

3.- Then take a large baking tray and line it with vegetable paper. Pour the batter on top.

4.- Then place the chosen ingredients on top. In this case, 50 g of diced ricotta cheese and 6 chopped dates were used.

5.- Then put it in the oven preheated to 220ºC and leave it for about 15 minutes, basically until it turns golden brown.

6.- Finally, divide it into 16 portions. Each of them must weigh 50 g to provide 100 calories only.

TIP: If it is left over, you can store it in aluminum foil in the refrigerator. Then when you are going to use it, put it in the microwave or pan for a few seconds and it will be fluffy.

TIP: To make 4 pancakes you need 100 g of flour, 100 ml of skimmed milk and 1 egg.
