Le petit chef is a gastronomic experience that has been around the world.
The smallest chef in the world appears in the consumer's duck, plays, jumps, runs, flies on top of a bird and even escapes from a dragon while you eat each of your delicious dishes that jump from image to reality.
The concept known as petit chef is so famous and innovative that it has been presented in Paris, London, Stockholm, Dubai and now Mexico thanks to Grupo Bonito directed by Ramón Orraca.

The experience begins 30 minutes before, none of us knows that there is behind a mysterious curtain, the only thing that we are told is that it is a six course menu prepared by chef Aquiles Chávez inspired by Marco Polo trips.
When you are in front of the dish, with approximately 40 diners, the lights go out and images of all kinds and colors appear in front of each of us in an overwhelming melting pot.
Under a book, the little chef jumps who we can almost touch, he becomes a fun guide through different places such as China, India and the Himalayas where he collects spices and ingredients to elaborate a unique and special menu.
This is possible thanks to skullmapping, projections that introduce you to the history and to each dish forming a very interesting experience that is complemented by a master of ceremonies who walks among the diners while the waiters place and remove the tray with the saucers.
The experience is fun, playful and very tasty with dishes that arrive at the table wrapped in a small suitcase that protects Tabbouleh with Jocoque and Keppe bola, then we go to the red curry, a lemon and ginger sorbet arrives in a kind of teapot that contact with water causes surprise.
The extraordinary Cantonese duck arrives and for dessert créme brûle, prepared by the little chef in our eyes.
While all this is happening, notebooks are distributed, like a travel diary where each consumer writes what Le petit Chef causes him.
The experience of Le petit Chef México is much more than a dinner, it is an amazing experience where technology and gastronomy merge into something spectacular and unforgettable that you have to experience.
The organizers made some adaptations to Le Petit Chef México, it is the first time that the little chef speaks Spanish.
Some dates are already sold out but some are still available. Don't miss it!
