Ingredients:
Potatoes 260 g

This recipe is very easy to prepare and is delicious!
1.- First divide the onion into thin strips and put them to sauté in a saucepan over medium heat.
2.- Then crush the garlic with a mortar, then add the white wine and another amount of water. Booking.
3.- Then peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them in the casserole. Then pour the mortar preparation. Add a little salt to the casserole and a good bay leaf.

1.- First cook the egg.
2.- Then the lettuce and tomato are super finite. The smaller the better.
3.- Then peel the egg, split it in two and remove the yolk. Mix with the chopped lettuce and tomato, and mix this mixture with the light mayonnaise.
4.- Finally fill the inside of the eggs and serve.
