Preparation:
1.-First you have to prepare the chopped mushrooms in a non-stick frying pan with the hot oil and the chopped onion.
2.- Salt and a pinch of nutmeg are added. When they are ready, remove from the heat and reserve.
3.- Then prepare the sole using the same pan (DO NOT PUT MORE OIL) over medium heat. Garnished with a pinch of salt and more nutmeg.
4.- Finally when it is ready, pour the mushrooms back into the pan and add the indicated skimmed milk. Let the sauce reduce and serve hot.
