BEEF OR SEITAN STEWED IN THE TRADITIONAL STYLE

You only need 15 minutes to prepare it

Ingredients:

Preparation:

1.- First we need to cut the meat and vegetables into small pieces.

2.- Then sauté everything together over medium-high heat.

3.- Later, add a pinch of salt and add a pinch of black pepper.

4.- Finally, cover the ingredients with half a glass of water and the indicated fried tomato.

5.- Let it cook for about 10 minutes and serve.

  • TIP: During the 10 minutes in which the sauce thickened and left with that appetizing tone, add a couple of bay leaves to give it a sublime touch.
